I requested a work order for a non functioning thermostat. Eric Flynn came this morning and fixed the problem quickly and ... with his usual good attitude. Every single cent of our monthly rent payment has never been a regret or shall I say, it’s all worth it. All the beautiful people working inside the office and the awesome maintenance guys, we can’t thank you enough for making our stay worth remembering. Grandeville at Greenwich served to be our very first home that we call our own after hopping from one relatives’ house to the other since we came to this country. All the memories that were built in the four corners of 4228 will always be treasured. It is but with a heavy heart that we are now leaving the community to face a brand-new milestone of our American Life. We left some marks that prove we enjoyed our three years and 17 days of occupying the unit. Rest assured that we will be your ambassadors of goodwill. Happy to live here
I am very happy living here for the last 5 1/2 years. Management addresses my needs and concerns and value their residents. ... I always feel safe,love how well maintained everything is,the pool is always so crystal clear and clean.My apartment is comfortable,plenty of cabinet space,closet space and functional. Snow removal is handled professionally. Just taking walks around this great community you see how well the landscaping is done and always maintained. I have been at Grande Ville since November 2017. I love living here! The landscaping is beautiful and the amenities are ... terrific. The community is friendly and welcoming especially for pets! The staff is outstanding even when they are busy they always make time to answer questions and help with any needs. I haven't had any significant maintenance needs but, anything I have requested was immediately responded to. It is central for all my needs heading to the city or heading to the beach...
